These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThreadSave at threadsaveapp.com ("Service"), operated by ThreadSave ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ThreadSave, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of service

ThreadSave is a free online tool that allows users to download publicly available videos and photos from the Threads platform (threads.com) for personal use. The Service processes submitted URLs in real time and returns media download links.

3. Permitted use

You may use ThreadSave to:

• Download publicly available Threads content for personal, non-commercial use
• Save content for offline personal viewing
• Back up your own content that you have created and posted on Threads

4. Prohibited use

You must not use ThreadSave to:

• Download content you do not have the right to access or use
• Re-upload, republish, or distribute downloaded content without the original creator's permission
• Monetise downloaded content that you do not own
• Download content from private accounts
• Use the Service for automated scraping, bulk downloading, or bot traffic
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or access restrictions
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, stalk, or harm other individuals using downloaded content

5. Intellectual property

ThreadSave does not claim ownership of any content downloaded through the Service. All downloaded content belongs to its original creators and/or rights holders.

By downloading content, you acknowledge that:

• The content may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with applicable laws
• You will respect the rights of content creators

The ThreadSave name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

ThreadSave is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Downloaded content will be of any particular quality or format
• The Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadSave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, as the Service is free, is zero).

8. Third-party platforms

ThreadSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or the Threads platform. Use of ThreadSave must also comply with Threads' own Terms of Service.

9. Rate limiting and service restrictions

We reserve the right to limit the number of requests from any IP address to prevent abuse and ensure fair access for all users. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary or permanent blocking of your IP address.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to ThreadSave at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where ThreadSave is operated.
